PeoplePerform allows you to create a matrix, often called an n-box grid, which tracks assessments based on competencies and compares competency scores. You can see where your employees are positioned within this matrix, evaluating their effectiveness, potential, and other metrics. This provides valuable insights into your team, enabling you to make informed decisions regarding personnel, their potential, and development within the team. It helps in preventing burnout or declining motivation by taking timely actions.
