What is mental health at work?
The mental health of employees is just as important as physical health. In conditions of stressful work employees can get tired, may lose interest in team tasks, suffer burnout or other problems, which negatively affects the mental state of the staff. The task of the employer is first of all to create all conditions so that ensure mental health is maintained at a decent level, and that employees have the opportunity to rest and redistribute their workload.
In order to provide such conditions, the company must create a corporate culture in which efficiency is not put before mental health, and whose values correspond to care for the employee in all senses, including checking and monitoring their mental state.
