HR strategy includes all possible planning for all processes related to the company's talent. It also includes search and recruitment strategies, candidate and employee assessment strategies, staff development and training strategies, labor force utilization strategies, HR analytics strategies, etc.
This influences business decision-making as the company's talents are its most valuable resource. That is why the HR strategy should constantly cooperate with the business strategy as well as the company's scaling strategy, taking into account their requests in order to respond to them in a timely manner without additional burden on the workforce and with timely hiring of additional staff in case of a decline in the company's activity, change of the work vector, sudden expansion to other markets, etc.
